MCing the Sanctuary Music Festival in Nicaragua

It's been a whirlwind of a past month! I was headhunted to be in the pilot of a TV Series and I convinced them to fly from Europe to meet me in Costa Rica to film (They were supposed to meet me at ViYarte but Disney has Nicaragua on a 'no fly' list...). I can't say much more until it gets released but stay tuned for more on that!
I came back and went straight into hosting VanCity Movement for a retreat at ViYarte and then MCing and helping organize the first Sanctuary Music Festival at Tree Casa! It feels so rewarding to be part of the start of a major project and see it to fruition. From logistics and artistic input, coordinating fire performances and teaching workshops to hosting all the artists at ViYarte and MCing the main stage - it's been a ride!
Needless to say, Central America now has an epic new festival to anchor in international music, art and yoga - and not having to kill yourself camping in the jungle over it

Shout out to amazing media team that crushed it this past week:

I was also helping organize some fire performers and we had an impromptu idea to do a fire parade to light the bonfire fountains at Tree Casa as part of the opening for Desert Dwellers' set.

As for this week ahead, we're a full house at ViYarte for Semana Santa - aka Easter Week aka the busiest party time across Central America. It's our first time being open as a hotel for Semana Santa so wish us buena suerte!
We're also been working on some amazing experiences for next season. Stay tuned!
Feliz dia amigos!
